H-D® has upgraded the seat to a product that is more attractive and comfortable and also changed the H-D® logo on the fuel tank.
Key Features
The 2023 Harley-Davidson® Softail® Standard in Tampa delivers the essentials and nothing else. That makes it one of the most charming and affordable motorcycles in the H-D® lineup. It has bobbed fenders, comfortable seating, a stretched riding position, mid foot controls and easy-reach handlebars.
Engine — Mechanical
All Softail® Standard models available to Tampa Bay Harley-Davidson® customers in and near Brandon Lakeland Bradenton are powered by the Milwaukee-Eight® 107 engine. This is the standard oil- and air-cooled V-twin that H-D® uses throughout its lineup. This model also has a 2-into-2 shotgun exhaust.
Performance
The Softail® Standard has cast aluminum and silver-colored Annihilator wheels in the front and back. The Milwaukee-Eight® 107 engine makes 87 horsepower and 110 pound-feet of torque. That torque tops out at 3,000 rpm, but the powerband is optimized as such as that there is substantial torque available just beyond idle to give you the acceleration and iconic Harley-Davidson® rumble that you expect. Note that performance can be increased through the install of a Screamin’ Eagle® stage kit.
