A 68mm throttle body improves fuel delivery, while the Akrapovič Full Titanium Exhaust reduces weight by over 10 pounds and enhances airflow. The Screamin’ Eagle® Racing King 6 Transmission features shot-peened gears and shafts for enhanced strength and precise shifting under high loads. The Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI) system ensures precise fuel metering for optimal combustion efficiency.
Chassis and Suspension
The race-spec Öhlins suspension provides full adjustability for preload, compression, and rebound damping, increasing lean angles for aggressive cornering. A billet aluminum swingarm, machined from a 220-pound block of 6061 aluminum down to just 18 pounds, reduces weight and improves suspension response. Brembo™ GP4-RX CNC calipers and T-Drive rotors deliver MotoGP-level braking performance. The front braking system includes 32mm, 4-piston fixed dual radially mounted calipers, while the rear features a single axially mounted caliper. The Brembo™ Racing fully floating T-drive front rotors and fixed rear rotor provide consistent stopping power. The billet aluminum midfoot controls replace traditional footboards, allowing for greater control and improved ground clearance. The race-inspired solo seat with pommel, co-developed with Saddlemen®, raises the rider’s position by an inch to optimize mid-control ergonomics, providing additional stability under braking and acceleration.
Structural and Material Enhancements
The lightweight cast aluminum wheels, featuring a seven-spoke design with a laser-etched CVO™ RR logo, reduce unsprung weight for improved suspension response. The carbon fiber bodywork minimizes weight while maintaining structural integrity. The Harley-Davidson® Racing Orange finish with black and white accents enhances the visual appeal, and the exposed carbon fiber weave under a gloss clear coat reinforces its performance-driven design.
